Booking & Appointment Policy
As a professional permanent makeup artist, eyebrow specialist, and trainer, I offer a range of services tailored to your needs.

Consultation
An online consultation is available prior to booking and costs £20.
The consultation fee is non-refundable; however, it can be deducted from the total cost of your treatment if you proceed with a booking.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments can be booked online via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp.
A 20% deposit is required to secure all appointments and training sessions. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking; otherwise, the selected time slot will be released.
Deposits
All deposits for appointments are strictly non-refundable.
Deposits secure your booking and cover reserved time; therefore, they cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or change of mind.
Attendance Policy
Clients are required to attend appointments alone—no accompanying persons are permitted.
Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment out of respect for both my time and other clients.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) will result in being charged the full price of the booked service.
Client Satisfaction & Complaints
If you are not fully satisfied with your treatment, you must inform me during your appointment or within 24 hours after the service.
This allows me the opportunity to assess the result and, if necessary, make appropriate adjustments.
Complaints raised after this time will not be eligible for corrections, refunds, or claims.
Booking a follow-up appointment is considered acceptance of the service provided.
Changes from My Side
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be informed as soon as possible, and an alternative date will be arranged at your convenience.
Training Terms & Conditions
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
A deposit of £200 is required to secure your place on the training course.
This deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the student.
However, a one-time date change may be requested with a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the scheduled training. In such cases, the deposit may be transferred to a new course date, subject to availability, and must be used within six (6) months from the original booking date.
2. Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, your deposit may be transferred to a new date only once, provided that:
A minimum of 30 days’ notice is given prior to the original training date
The new date is agreed based on availability
3. Late Notice or No-Show
If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice, or fail to attend on the day of training, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred.
4. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of training.
Failure to attend without proper notice, as outlined above, will result in the full deposit being lost.
By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Health & Medical Disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous treatments that may affect the procedure. Failure to do so may result in refusal of treatment without refund.
Suitability for Treatment
I reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe. In such cases, any deposit paid remains non-refundable.
Results Disclaimer
Results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. No guarantee of specific results can be given.
Aftercare Responsibility
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may negatively affect the healed results and will not be grounds for complaints or free corrections.
Top-Up Appointments
A top-up session may be required to achieve optimal results and is not included in the initial treatment price unless stated otherwise.
Photography
Photos may be taken before and after the treatment for documentation and marketing purposes. Please inform me prior to your appointment if you do not consent.
•While I use the highest quality products and professional techniques, individual results may vary based on skin type, hair growth, and other factors sa: aftercare, hormones, lifestyle.
•I am not liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction with results caused by failure to follow aftercare guidelines or disclosed health conditions.
•Refunds or touch-ups are not provided unless a mistake was made during the procedure or if there is a medical issue that requires further treatment.
